This mix is the key of our success.
The care we took in choosing the soils where our vineyards have got home; the attention to plant them all around the winery, so we can be daily near our vines and take the grapes, just picked, immediately into the cellar; the careful choosing the wild-vines, the growing system and the pruning form most suitable for our vines; the strong will to work just on our own grapes and bottle our entire production.
Choosing all the best for our own fruit at any sacrifice is our way to realize very limited products of quality out of any bounds; because the success of a wine has to be made starting from roots of the vine.
Every step is carried out by the care and the wisdom which just the man touch can express.
We want to make our wine like mirror of the territory, the soil and the men that are its authors.
Consequently we feel to look after directly and carefully the final step of the marketing, by selecting our customers, who must understand our thinking and what we put in our wines before receiving them.
