Further information:
The particular though unusual affinity of our red wines with spicy dishes of fish, is owing to the fact that the vineyard is located in an area where originally was the sea. This assertion is confirmed by the finding of fossils during the detailed and profound excavation, which involved the breaking down of materials, to make the soil prepared for the plantation of the actual vineyard. This way to prepare the soil, in fact forms an innovative and adequate drainage system by way of fresh rain water, which allowed the land to remain subtle leading the way to richer soil and a more productive vine.
